App problem

Since last bug update on July 20 I have not been able to open nbc news,or delete it and reinstall. It is frozen. I have turned pad on and off and have tried to contact support and there is no place to get help. I go to support and it takes me to nbc sports page. Hoping someone who can advise will see this review. Too bad because I used it every day.
