There is no way you should have to watch/listen to a 30 second ad to hear a 30 second news clip. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Every story is a link to an affiliate site. Loads poorly and often crashes.

Didnt notice a bias. No more than any other credible news source like ABC or CBS.

It seems that NBC purposefully sabotaging both the Apple News app, where they only show a single sentence of an article, forcing people to go to their crappy website which only uses half of an iPad screen to show the actual article, and the way their website looks on the iPad (again: it only uses half of the screen to show the actual article). Thankfully, theres Readability that makes it possible to read the articles in full screen, without all the garbage polluting their website. Nonetheless, doesnt change the fact that they dont really care about user experience. Anyone whos interested in reading real news without all the annoyance should just add Reuters to their favorites in Apple News app.

I stream NBC news on my Amazon fire stick is very annoying how I have to play with the volume constantly because it goes up-and-down over and over the volume on Commercials it gets loud and then it goes back down I wish it stays one way through commercial and news shows all the way. Please stream NBC news on the fire stick through commercials and news and youll understand Im talking about, im talking about NBC news not the NBC Regular TV show

Extremely Bias

Every single video starts off with a waste of time advertisement. Annoying. There are better ones out there than this app.

How dare NBC use facts and legitimate sources when reporting the news! Everyone knows that reality based reporting is biased against Trump and his brand of conservatism.

Did any of your reporters or writers ever hear of Wikileaks? Or was that one of the subjects the Clintons ordered you to suppress? Between NBC and CNN, I tend to feel like I live in Red Square in 1986. You and your entire profession are a bunch of prostitutes.

This app is one of the best Ive used. It just works. It is well laid out and organized. The videos are clear, the sound is excellent, and its just like watching these channels on TV.

This app is horrible. It wont open most of the time and when it does it quickly stops working. You need to get someone who knows what they are doing to try writing the app. Try a high school kid. Oh wait, thats probably what you did.

Continues to show yesterdays news way into the next afternoon. Going to delete, not worth bothering anymore. Can get late news from ABC.

This is a broadcast network that shows commercials. Why do you have to log in via a cable or satellite provider?

Have you folks ever either watched your app, either one, or read the reviews on I tunes. You get some of the worst reviews I have ever seen there. Your potential customers are angry, even irate by the badly functioning app and the endless, endless, endless repeats of ads. This is a BAD idea. I personally make it my policy to NEVER buy any product that I see on your NBC website or app. I watch this news every day, and it means I see the same app 5-9 times a night, for several times in a row. If I pause the app, I get the ad again!!!!!!!!!!!! This is torture not customer outreach. No one seems to care or respond to feedback, not NBC or Apple. You have literally destroyed a fine newscast and driven customers away!! Please fix this

We have DSL and we can watch movies and other streaming content except the content in this app. The initial ad repeats over and over and because it cant buffer and stream the whole thing the news content cant play. We tried the app on the Fire TV but we cant even hear three words of the news story before it halts to download. There needs to be better buffering and streaming because the way it currently is its totally unusable. Sadly, we are moving on to CBS which steams fine.

Already deleted after less than 2 minutes, based on other horrible reviews and experience. Among other things search doesnt work on this app or Today show app. Brutal!!

This is an app that used to work fairly well. Now the ads repeat over and over without ever progressing onto the video. The audio works but the video is blank. In the rare instances that the video does even start, it stutters and get stuck almost instantly. Ive used it regularly for years but finally had to delete all nbc apps because of the recent malfunctions. So disappointing! Bring back the podcast or fix the app PLEASE!!!

This app was ok before. A little slow and glitchy at times but manageable. Now it wont even stream a video no matter what I do. So what exactly did this update do that was suppose to be a benefit again????

Specifically, links to stories in the Sports section that head to PFT via external browser.... Browser will blank the page and reload the page three or four times while reading an article. And its a slow process.

Previous problems were fixed until the latest update. Now there is only sound and no video. On the rare occasion when you get the broadcast, video and sound arent in sync. Obviously NBC doesnt care, but I bet there sponsors do.
